What do you think of my budget.?

everybody should come under the paye system,
which would mean that £100,000 a week football players or company excecutives would
pay about £40,000 weekly and only claim back at the end of the year like the rest of us
there will be a special inheritance tax of 50% on anyone who dies leaving £5million plus
this will help to narrow the ever increasing difference between rich and poor
nat insurance
the upper limit would be abolished
share dividends there would be no exceptions for people owning shares bought
on the london stock exchange not to pay the tax on them
motor vehicles
for anyone not having tax and insurance longer than one month the vehicle wil be
crushed and there will be a minimum £1000 fine rising according to your income.
As it is not fair that a working person who commits a speeding or parking offence is
often fined more than a quarter of his weekly salary, then based on that percentage
all fines for any minor criminal offence should be according to income.
this would bring in about £30billion per year, and also give the government an
interest free loan of £40billion per year.

dont know about crushing cars just for one month witrhout tax. Some of your ideas seem reasonable. Has the upper limit for ni not been abolished already, not sure. However 50% tax for those earning more than 150k is coming in and that would seem to go some way to achieving that aim. Unlikely your IHT plans will be implemented as all governments can do is talk about reducing IHT not increasing it anyway its 40% already I believe.

- Excellent plan in principle, but just wait to see the exodus to the Netherlands, Jersey or other places where there would be less tax to pay. There are many enticing tax havens just waiting to welcome new clients.
