I am 15 years of age how do i become rich and successful any tips?

  Find a job, save your earnings
  Become the best there is at something or other. If you are the best, people will seek out your services
  Invent, create or think of something that people will want. Patent it and go into business (or sell to someone else to manufacture)
  All the above require hard work.
  Marry an heiress (that might require work too, to persuade her to marry someone penniless)
  Inherit it
  Win the lottery (unlikely, but has been known to happen).

  I don't have any experience there, but you could read the newspapers for ideas.
  
  You will soon discover that the seriously rich keep their money by not spending it. They do not splash out on every new fangled idea.
  
  If you read about the politicians lately, you will have noticed that they do not pay their expenses like us - they expect the taxpayers to do it instead. This may not continue indefinitely - we are on to them now. If new restrictions are put in place, it may not be so easy to be as rich on a politician's salary. You might need to choose another route.
