Using switch online to pay for goods.?

If i order from a company online and use switch then they take the amount from my account, can they then go back in and take a lump sum that they aren't entitled to?

It's possible but it would be illegal because they didn't have your consent. If a rogue company were to do this you could just take it up with your bank, point out they weren't allowed and you'd get it back. The bank would then look to the company for proof and if it turns out you did approve that transaction the bank would recall the money they'd given you back.
